Eileen Murphy, PhD
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women achieve audacious goals through values-driven leadership and personal growth. My journey into coaching began when I realized the power of aligning my work with my core values—authenticity, tenacity, and truth. After a successful career as a marketing executive and VP of business development, I recognized that I wasn’t fulfilled by simply helping businesses grow; I wanted to help people grow.
In 2000, I took a leap, transitioning into coaching after attending a Leadership Michigan program, where I met a coach who showed me the transformative impact of this work. I became a Certified Professional Coach, eventually earning my PhD in Education with an emphasis on Human Performance Improvement. Since then, I’ve coached women who are ready to step into their full potential, overcome self-doubt, and break free from limiting beliefs.
As the co-founder of NewReality.me, I’ve built a platform to empower women coaches and entrepreneurs, guiding them to align their goals with their values and lead with authenticity. My passion lies in seeing women thrive—not just professionally, but in all aspects of their lives.
I believe success is about more than achieving your goals; it’s about becoming the person who can achieve them. My coaching is about creating that transformation—helping women unlock their full potential and live their most fearless, fulfilling lives.
Debbie Fillinich
Before stepping fully into coaching myself, I spent two years working alongside incredible coaches as the co-founder of NewReality.me. I’ve always admired the way coaches empower others to grow, and that admiration fueled my drive to support them. In my professional life, I naturally took on the role of a coach, motivating and propelling my teams to achieve great heights. I had been coached myself and exceeded my own expectations, but I hadn’t yet pursued formal coach training.
Then, at a NewReality.me Retreat during a session called “The Motivation to Success Tree,” I had a realization. While everyone talked about their desire to help others, I found myself saying, “I think I’m in the wrong room because I want to win, at everything.” But that moment taught me something powerful: coaching isn’t just about helping—it’s also about winning, reaching new heights, and pushing through limits.
That’s when I knew I could take my natural coaching abilities to the next level. I dove into coach training, became a Certified Professional Coach, and launched my own practice. Now, I help my clients, whether they’re seeking personal growth or professional wins, reach the same kind of success that once felt out of reach.
12 1-hour weekly coaching sessions, focused on helping you create the future you desire.

Clarify: How do your goals reflect and support your values?
Energize: How does the creative tension generated by your goals pull you forward?
Achieve: The ability to create a future you TRULY desire and deserve is within you.
This package is designed for high-impact results in short, focused coaching bursts. Over three months, client will:
Choose a single goal to focus on at a time
Receive unlimited 15-minute coaching sessions to tackle that goal, until it is achieved
Move on to the next goal only after the previous one is completed, ensuring accountability and progress
Gain clarity, focus, and momentum on the projects that matter most
Being a part of the group provided a ton of extra energy and momentum that would have been incredibly difficult to duplicate on my own. The group was not only a powerful source of encouragement, they also provided insight and wisdom that was priceless and necessary for my success.
